Athena Advisers were established in 2003 and are led by three partners. we manage an international sales network and work directly with Alpine property developers, and offer property investors attractive new-build and renovation development projects in key prime ski resorts across the French Alps. With Alpine property consultants on the ground, conducting hundreds of site visits for international clients throughout the year, we are both advisory and a concierge, simplifying the whole buying process offering access to the widest property investment opportunities across the French Alps (and other destinations). With resort specific videos, buying guides and destination guides, investors know they are in good hands. Through long-lasting relationships with leading Alpine developers, we offer properties meeting a high standard. Drawing from their insights into market trends their portfolio has only properties with strong capital appreciation prospects or rental potential.
