Ski Property Agent Alpine Homes to Form Partnership with Chestertons

Ski property real estate agents, Alpine Homes, have announced that they will be ending their 10-year relationship with Savills to form a new partnership with Chestertons. Established in 2005, Alpine Homes has been an exclusive associate of Savills for 10 years, becoming one of its most successful partners, growing their business from Switzerland to include Austria, France and Italy.

Alpine Homes now plans to expand operations into new areas, both in Europe and abroad, and felt the expansion would be best achieved by joining forces with Chestertons, a company with a strong presence in key international markets.

Head of Alpine Homes Larry Levene said: “Alpine Homes is an entrepreneurial business which has always been proud to do things differently and see opportunities that others can’t.

“Our new association with Chestertons is an excellent opportunity to combine our contacts, coverage, knowledge and expertise to benefit our clients and give them access to the best Alpine properties in the world and the largest pool of potential buyers.”

Neville Page, head of Chestertons international department, said: “Unlike many international agents selling similar properties, Alpine Homes has the distinct advantage of being physically based in the areas in which it is selling and has used this to their advantage to build an incredible database of developers, investors and buyers.

The new partnership between Chestertons and Alpine Homes will be launched on May 1^st.
