From the garden side you can enjoy an open view of the mountains, while from the bedrooms the view sweeps over the valley towards Pralungo.
The house lends itself to multiple solutions: detached house and large garden, semi-detached house with two separate lodgings or it could be used in part as a Bed and Breakfast as it is located in a strategic position a few km from the Sanctuary of Oropa and from the Tracciolino distance from the natural park of Burcina and is well connected to Biella by a convenient bus line with a stop under the house and with passage every hour.
The main cities Turin and Milan their airports are about an hour's drive away.
