Description
At the beginning of the historic centre of the hamlet Crusinallo, just a few minutes from the shores of the romantic Lake Orta, you will find this villa in a dominant position, with its own sunny and well planted park with tall trees and valuable shrubs, a vegetable garden and a heated swimming pool. Surrounded by other houses in the hamlet, a wrought-iron gate opens. It will seem like entering a magical world. Dating back to the early 1900s, the villa was completely renovated in 2010, retaining only the original perimeter walls. The interventions involved the renovation of ventilated crawl spaces, floors and the roof, and an external insulation was also laid on the entire exterior surface with consequent insulation of the vertical and horizontal surfaces. The plant engineering, adapted to modern needs, is completed by a domotic electrical system, underfloor heating and solar panels for hot water production, as well as an air conditioning system for the top floor. The care and attention can be seen in every detail: from the American teak wood plank flooring, to the ceramics from Italian companies in the kitchen and bathrooms, to the choice of highly insulated wooden windows and doors. On the ground floor, the sense of welcome is immediate thanks to the living room with fireplace, the dining room and the bright kitchen overlooking the park. Completing the floor is a bedroom with an en suite bathroom that is a delight, large, with a fireplace and ceramic bathtub, a utility room with laundry area and another bathroom. Going up to the first floor, one bedroom overlooks the terrace. Another bedroom and a bathroom complete the floor. Finally, the top floor is attic and is currently used as a study.
